Unethical business conduct

I must agree that customer service is nonexistent. They automatically charge your card for renewals, regardless of whether you use the service. When I immediately requested a refund and followed up twice, I was ignored.

Terrible experience overall

They are truly awful! This is a 'set it and forget it' type of platform with no regard for customer satisfaction. To explain, the videos don’t load on desktops and only work on mobile devices. Their apps for Windows and Android are inadequate. If you use OS or iOS, you can’t download the app for offline viewing. It’s like buying clothes but not being allowed to leave with them. Some videos are misleading, and I've reached out to support with no response. Their reviews seem fake, all five-star, while they ignore inquiries about their courses. Another review site claims they are out of business, yet they keep adding new courses.
