I agree with the other reviews, this is the worst service I have ever received from a bank, you stopped my card die to fraud, and whilst I am very happy that you did pick up the fraud, ifs been over 2 weeks, I’ve spoken to numerous people and absolutely no one can order me a replacement card, I’ve left 20 messages in the chat and still no card, and now for some unknown reason, you have stoped my other card as well, with no email, no explanation, and still no service, can someone please call me and assist
