Their ongoing delays are costing us significant amounts in rescheduling and adjusting furniture removal services. A glance at the reviews of this institution reveals just how problematic it truly is. I cannot understand how they continue to operate and maintain an Australian Financial Services Licence. Their professionalism and customer service are virtually non-existent.
