Today has so far been the day from hell!
I've been a customer of Mac Bank for nearly 8 years with numerous Home Loan & Off Set accounts. They have been very easy to deal with, always answered phone calls in a timely manner, even contacted us about changing certains aspects of our loan over to cheaper loans - GREAT SERVICE!
However, today (Tues 27th Jan) has so far been a nightmare....went to the Picton CBA ATM to withdraw cash to pay a bill (like I have done for the last 8 years) - no access to my funds. Tried ringing the bank - no luck - ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME - In total over 1 hour between 4 different attempts to get a resolution.
Rang 3 different numbers - same story - ON HOLD.
