I have ordered a jersey on January 9th. I received a confirmation email but no despatch email to date (17 days later now). Payment (€105) was taken immediately. Jersey is now out of stock on the site. I've written numerous emails asking why I have not received a despatch email and where is the jersey. They mentioned a closed warehouse for many days (no idea why) and advised I will receive a despatch email when despatched. So they are of no use in giving specific information related to my order. No responses to follow up emails. Phone line didn't answer when I called. Difficult to know why clubs are moving to Macron when the service is so poor.
