Whatever you do, do not order from this company.Had to return items. They tell you to pay for return which goes all the way to Italy. I paid £18.80 for international tracked and signed for. When it finally arrived to them they refused the order saying that fees were outstanding. Item is to be returned to sender.Contacted them and they said taxes outstanding and to contact sending operator. When I queried them and gave proof of sending and said there was no guidance on these fees or how to pay them they just gave me the link that I used when previously preparing to send - address that I need to print and I have to pay for own sending (which I did).Contact with them has been awful. No compassion or willingness to help, more just like I have to deal with it. My order was £100 and paid £18.80 for a good service to get it sent to them and now it will be sent back to me and so I have to pay £18.80 all ovr again and now go find out how to pay the taxes on it when arriving in Italy when Macron won't give me any information on it and the post office does not have information on it?Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. I do not recommend using these and their customer care is a disgrace.
