I ordered a medium size football shirt as a Christmas present from this store online and received an XXL top in a Medium bag. I immediately tried to ring the company within the so called opening times to receive a "we are closed" automated message. I then used the online support form to raise the issue and sent a photo of the T Shirt I received, including the XXL, tag with the bag which had M on the package. I provided all of the order details so they could see exactly what the issue is. I then received a reply the next day to ask for more photos and "they were as my service". Unsure as to what more evidence they wanted as I had already sent EVERYTHING i had over, i called the contact number and thankfully this time got through. The customer service rep was very rude and gave absolutely no support. They advised "fine, i will send it onto the next department but it is better if you give as many photos as possible but fine". After i explained there aren't more photo's i could possibly send they huffed. I asked what the next steps were and timeframes and for told "probably 48 hours or something". When I said i would really like a response that day they said "yes well obviously you will get one today". II then recieved an email a matter of minutes later to say they "are in my favour" and i will get a refund so the so called advice and guidance from the customer services was pointless.
