Ordered kit for my son from Macron West Midlands on 15 September. Some of it was delivered three weeks later. The rest is still outstanding. The company do not answer the phone or reply to emails. I have tried to contact them so many times.I have no idea if the rest of the kit that I paid for will ever be delivered or how I speak to someone that may help or even who to ask for a refund. Feels like a rip off.Honestly, I have no idea how this company gets contracts with schools, colleges and sports teams. Do not use.
