Bought a fab new RWC (Wales) Polo shirt...not cheap but had a little discount. Ordered small (am normally a medium) but I know how these things are often not anywhere near the correct size. Arrived and tried on, t'was like a tent on me (I'm quite muscley in the arms too!). Sent it back all packed beautifully (thanks Katie!) and had my refund ahead of time...BUT they only refunded the cost of the shirt, I had to pay THEIR postage AND mine to send it back. Very very poor. What a world we live in eh?
