I have been a member of MACU since it was the Utah State Employees Credit Union. Close to 50 years. I can definitely say the customer service is has declined drastically. I am still a member but do almost all of my banking through another credit union that is similar to what MACU once was. Sadly MACU has outgrown it’s customers!
