I spent 77 dollars, and after a long wait, I received a poorly packaged printed pillow instead! It was printed on a plain white background! The disappointment was immense! Why mislead customers and invite negative feedback? I requested a full refund, but they only agreed to refund half of my payment. Even if I get my money back, I am left with wasted time and lingering frustration. This service should be held accountable for misleading its customers.
