The product I ordered is made in China (that I did not know when I purchased it), there was a long delay for the order to be processed and now and even longer delay for shipping. I foolishly didn’t check reviews before I purchased it.
I purchase a mug that had a very colorful picture of my occupation embedded into the mug. That means it will never rub off or come off in the dishwasher. The image completely wraps around the entire mug covering about 90% of the cup. Colors are vibrant.
Well being a Christian it would have made sense to make the Jesus item in crystal or glass. Then a light would have shinned through the bottom and glimmered at the top crown....Instead its back and front layers of white plastic with Jesus painted on the other side...bright LED lights are in the center gap and when plugged in it does not look even close to the item I paid over $100.00
What they advertise is not what you will receive it is a bait and switch their products are terrible and do not resemble any thing that is shown on their website it is a major scam DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS
The product you see on their website is NOT what you will be getting!! Im very disappointed in the money I spent and what I received!!!!! I don't know how this company is still in business with the cheap "made from China" crap!!! They got my order wrong and it took weeks to get the right item only to be VERY disappointed in the product!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
The photos of the product do not match what you get. I ordered the book Letter pillow, and in the photos, you can clearly see the dragon is 3D and looks like a stuffed animal sewn onto the pillow. The pillow is also a blue velvet with seamed sides that show a front, back, and side panel all around. That is also false. It is only a front and back panel, which means the pillow has no shape. The actual product is a 2D print on plain white fabric and looks terrible. This company is a scam. I asked for a refund and they would not, even though their website says money back guarantee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN REPORTED AND ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!
I feel cheated. The image clearly shows a 3D stuffed animal, but what I received was just a screen printed pillow. There was no misunderstanding on my end; you displayed one item and sent something entirely different, which feels like a scam! Based on other reviews, it seems this is a common issue. I spent $87 expecting a 3D stuffed animal of popular characters, and if I had known, I would never have paid that for a pillow. Please don’t bother responding; I’m not interested in any more false promises.
I anticipated receiving the ornament I viewed online. The one shown appears larger and 3D, while what I received was mainly a flat piece of plastic with a sticker on it. It took a month to arrive, and I spent $40. Definitely not worth the cost.
The item was delivered cracked in two. The packaging was inadequate to safeguard the delicate plastic it's made from. This does not resemble the advertised image at all. The picture shown suggested a statue with a flat base for standalone display, while in reality, it looks like it could be made of glass or clear plastic, which it is not. To display this on a counter or dresser, a stand would be necessary. It’s more suited as a wall-mounted decoration.
One star is too generous. I ordered a set of two Christmas movie ornaments, expecting colorful 3D designs based on the advertisement. Instead, I got a dull, flat plastic ornament, and the movie titles on the back were printed backwards, making it look see-through. Additionally, I only received one ornament. I contacted the support team for a refund on the missing item, but I received several confusing emails regarding the situation. Instead of a refund, I received the second ornament today. The poor service and the misrepresentation of the product were equally disappointing. I will NEVER buy from them again.
