We ordered a bespoke box for our VW Touareg after speaking to James about the issue with our current box and how I liked bits of both of the standard crate/box they offered. James gave some recommendations and knew what I wanted.Measurement sent and communications outstanding.It turned out we would be passing as we were going to Yorkshire so James made sure the box was ready and they shipped the old box back to us.Our Lab that was stressed in the other box and panted all the time, just slept and that is the best recommendation you can get.
