We ordered a bespoke box for our VW Touareg after speaking to James about the issue with our current box and how I liked bits of both of the standard crate/box they offered. James gave some recommendations and knew what I wanted.Measurement sent and communications outstanding.It turned out we would be passing as we were going to Yorkshire so James made sure the box was ready and they shipped the old box back to us.Our Lab that was stressed in the other box and panted all the time, just slept and that is the best recommendation you can get. Happy dogs and two very happy owners.James and the whole team were professional from start to finish and will be get future boxes built by them
Excellent service. Had a custom made dog cage made for my two dogs. Perfect fit. Strong safe cage. Dogs love it too. Nothing was too much trouble. Courtney was fantastic so helpful and quick to respond. Dogs are safe when driving. They now settle down and go to sleep. Reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Received the wrong box then had too wait for it to be collected, terrible customer service as they were difficult to get hold of and I’m still waiting for a refund even though the crates been returned and promised a instant refund on receipt of crate … nightmare!!
I placed my order very late December 2021, giving the company my dimensions for the box & drawer combo.By the end of the 2nd week of January I was given a completion date of 26th Jan. Upon arriving to the HQ, I was welcomed by the staff. They then began to swiftly install the system in my pickup, checking for fitment. A small adjustment had to be made to the door on the dog box due to the style of my canopy. This adjustment was assessed & done there and then whilst I paid. 14 months on, the setup is still functioning perfectly as expected. Showing very little wear, even though it has been used very well from carrying heavy tools in the drawers to carrying my dog & wildfowling gear. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the whole service from ordering to installation & the setup itself
Our dogs are massive chewers. The bed has now been in the kennel of our worst chewer for over a week and despite his best efforts he has not been able to make any impression on the bed at all. We are so pleased we have now ordered a larger bed for our second kennel of chewers!!
Not had a good experience with this company at all, I was told my cage would be ready in 3 weeks !! I waited 5 weeks! It then didn’t fit correctly, and I am now on day 7 of waiting for a replacement part to hopefully make it fit !!! They are quick to take your mo et but not to correct their faults !!
