I'd love to review my new glasses, but after waiting over 6 weeks, I still haven't received them. I placed my order on November 22, 2024, provided all requested info, and then heard nothing. They acknowledged my email, but due to a technical issue, their response was never sent. After following up, I learned the first lenses were defective, and while communication briefly improved, my glasses were supposedly sent for next-day delivery on December 19. They seem to be lost with the courier, and after multiple emails, I've been told they can't control the situation. I'm now requesting a refund. Very disappointing.
