I even provided detailed descriptions, photos, and a video, yet received irrelevant questions in return. Live chat was slightly better, but they claimed no exchanges were allowed despite their policy stating otherwise. Their return policies are confusing and potentially costly. The items are decent, but don't expect help with defective products.
