This company is the worst I have ever encountered; there is absolutely no customer support. Genuine responses to emails are nonexistent, as all replies seem to be AI-generated, and it's hard to tell. I will never purchase from this place again; it was a complete waste of time and money.

While the items I received were of acceptable quality, two were defective. One had corrosion on the magnetic seam guide, and the other wouldn't stay in place. My attempts to contact the company via email resulted in vague responses that didn't address my issues. I even provided detailed descriptions, photos, and a video, yet received irrelevant questions in return. Live chat was slightly better, but they claimed no exchanges were allowed despite their policy stating otherwise. Their return policies are confusing and potentially costly. The items are decent, but don't expect help with defective products.
I've been ordering marking pens for a while, but the white one, which I use the most, has been a disappointment. I recently bought a new box, and the cap was nearly impossible to remove. After four days of trying to contact the company with no response, I’m left without a solution. I’ve had to discard many pens, losing money in the process, although I do love the product when it works.
I've been ordering for a couple of years. While shipping can take a bit longer, everything arrives in good condition. Last Christmas, I ordered several items, and even when one arrived damaged, the company sent replacements promptly, albeit after Christmas. I really value this company for my quilting needs.
