Madam Sew lists items that it does not have in stock, takes your order, but can't fulfill the order. I placed an order on 12/31/23 and had to email them several times for the shipping information. After emailing and chatting on 1/10/24, I learned that they did not have all of the items I ordered. They were going to wait until the other items became available to ship. Ridiculous! In the meantime, I'm being bombarded with emails to buy from them! They should fulfill the order I placed before sending additional solicitations. I canceled the order and now have to wait 1-5 business days for my refund! They are not professional or ready for customers.
