I placed an order on Dec 26th, 2023 and as of Jan 6th 2024 they have not shipped my order yet. Customer service told me on Jan 3 it would ship in 24 to 48 hours, that time has passed. I'm writing bad reviews everywhere I can and wlll open a complaint with my credit card company for my money back. The items will arrive too late for the event I needed them for.
