I've been using MADARA products already several years but the very 1st time I ordered online as there are good offers for great products. Unfortunately autofill mistakenly set the destination country Singapore instead of Estonia although the rest of the address was correct. The parcel travelled around the world unable to deliver and I was wondering if I ever get it. After contacting the Madara customer service they quickly redirected the route without extra fee and already in 3 days I could test my new products. TIP - double check the delivery address even after autofill!I'm thankful for very professional way of handling the situation. Also - I added Rose Gel Hydra, Plant Stem Cell Concentrate, Brow and Lash Booster and Plant Powered Retinol to my daily routine. What I love most about this brand is pure natural ingredients, nice texture and not too strong smell that leave skin soft and nourished 💛
