Biggest mistake of my life to buy in with these people. Got two large machines from them one of the ones that they sent me was a refurbished unit even though I paid premium price for it. Then had issues getting the key sent so that I could change out the oils within that unit finally got a brand new unit. Had issues with oils being sent to me. They went at least 2 to 3 months without sending me any which I’ve already paid and having my legal team now look at it. Customer service is very poor. Whatever you do do not buy from them.
As a home fragrance lover, I was excited to finally try products from Aroma360 after receiving a promotional email from Hotel Collection. I didn’t realize at the time that they are part of the same platform.
I ordered the Pro Tower Diffuser along with the Black Velvet fragrance, inspired by The Edition Hotel scent — a fragrance I’ve loved from past stays. I had high expectations.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
My order arrived a couple of weeks later. I set everything up right away, excited to enjoy the scent. After three hours on the highest setting, there was still no noticeable fragrance, even in a small room. I could barely smell anything at all.
Because of this, I decided to request a return the very next day — and that’s when the most frustrating part began.
Customer service informed me of their strict return policy:
• No refunds on fragrance oils once opened
• Customers must pay for their own return shipping
So not only did the product not perform, but I also had to pay $20 for a return label, and I’m stuck paying for an oil that simply didn’t deliver any scent.
This has been one of the most disappointing home fragrance purchases I’ve made. Based on my experience with both the product performance and the return policy, I would strongly caution others before purchasing.
I truly wish I had known this beforehand.

This company is a fraud. From the moment you order they are calling and texting trying to up-sale. Cancelling the order is also a huge pain. They want to have the opportunity to talk you out of it. Their product works for maybe two weeks then quite completely. Stay away from these people and this company. I am going to sue if they do not cancel my order per my request in a timely fashion.
I faced significant challenges when trying to cancel my subscription. The representatives would assure me verbally that it was canceled, yet I would receive emails with unclear language suggesting they required more information before proceeding, delaying the cancellation. Their sales approach felt very aggressive, with frequent emails and late-night texts pushing for upsells. However, when it came time to cancel, they seemed to hesitate and kept asking for additional details to finalize the process. Additionally, they claimed my subscription had already shipped, forcing me to navigate through various steps to return it and obtain my "refund."
Completely untrustworthy service. The platform for tracking and ordering products is equally frustrating. It's baffling how they operate a website that's recognized as fraudulent or in financial trouble. The bank isn't providing any assistance either. Legal action should be considered against these deceitful entities.
Attempted to cancel a monthly subscription I never signed up for. Despite sending three emails over a month ago, I ordered two diffusers that were expensive and have yet to arrive. The devices work great until they don’t. They break down quickly and the replacement if you are lucky enough to be within the warranty, takes an act of god to complete. You will spend hours on the phone. The oil subscription is their way of locking you into a commitment with them and no way out. Don’t subscribe, you will regret it.
I deeply regret doing business with Aroma360.While the sales process was extremely polished and promised “VIP-level” service for a luxury product, the reality was the exact opposite. I experienced repeated equipment failures, long periods without usable service while billing continued, and multiple escalation emails (six total) that went unanswered over several months.I returned malfunctioning machines as instructed and waited nearly two months with no confirmation or replacement until I followed up repeatedly. Most recently, I received an oil shipment that arrived severely leaked and unusable, to the point that the scent permeated my home.Any resolution that did occur was purely reactive and only after sustained pressure, not proactive customer service. When I raised concerns, I was repeatedly told there was “no recourse” because financing is handled by a third party, which felt like an attempt to avoid accountability rather than resolve the issue.This is a long-term, expensive contract for what is marketed as a luxury service, yet the follow-through, communication, and quality control have been extremely poor. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering Aroma360 to read reviews carefully and understand the risks before signing a long-term agreement.
