Ordered 10 days ago and it still hasn’t made it to the fed ex warehouse to ship, wrote email to customer support and no word back, take a week atleast once they ship, if you want your protein powder soon I would order elsewhere because they still haven’t shipped it and don’t respond back to your emails.

Lack of After-Sales Support

There is a complete absence of after-sales support from the company. Despite numerous emails and calls, I received no response. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and the phone line is ineffective. Don't be misled by their automated reply directing you to a support address; they won't respond regardless. The overall customer experience is quite disappointing. The only area where they seem to excel is in sending unsolicited emails early in the morning and late in the evening. That appears to be their sole strength: marketing. It's best to steer clear.

Disappointed with the service this time

Initially, my order experience was satisfactory. However, this time I paid $59 on December 25th and have yet to receive my package. The shipping service has indicated that they haven't even received it from the sender. I've reached out multiple times via email and messages, but there's been no response. This feels like a scam. I want a refund of my $59.

Weak new packaging

I used to rely on this protein brand for years, but the recent change in packaging has been disappointing. One of the protein bags arrived damaged, spilling powder everywhere. I now feel they are quite unreliable.

Unacceptable processing times

I placed an order on January 1st, and as of January 7th, it still hasn't shipped. Their website claims 1–3 business days for processing, which is clearly not the case. I emailed customer service but received no reply or update. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

No response on shipping inquiry

Similar to others, I've attempted multiple times to find out why my order hasn't shipped after two weeks, but received no response. The shipping service indicates a label was created but no pickup has occurred. I've disputed the charge. It's best to avoid this seller.

Disappointing cappuccino flavor

I recently purchased a cappuccino flavor and was very disappointed. It tastes purely like vanilla without any hint of cappuccino. Additionally, the new bag doesn't seal properly, and unfortunately, returns aren't accepted. I regret spending $90.
