High pressure sales. I just wanted a simple quote. I was approached inside of Costco about scheduling an appointment for replacement windows. At the time I believed their affiliation with Costco lended the company credibility. Further I checked online for reviews. Two men came to my home and pretty much stayed in my living room quickly measuring my windows. After 3 hours of product demonstration and pamphlet flipping finally gave me an exorbitant quote of 24k then came down on the quote 3 time I told them over and over that was an unbelievable price for windows that I could not afford after another hour and a half. I finally signed just to get them to leave. The contract says I have a 3 day grace to cancel the contract. I have filled out the form and will mail it as directed in the contract and see what happens next. So far the reviews on Yelp and Reddit that I have now read are horrible. I wish I had seen them before. Do not let these people in your home. I am scared to death that they will not honor their contact clause of a 3 day cancellation. I will update this review of what happens with my cancellation. Further none of their websites have an email address, the one they sent to me containing the contract was undeliverable when I replied. As well as the customer care mad city widows email that I found searching online.
