I received a quote for two windows totaling $4,100, with the promise of a state discount, but ended up being overcharged. I was set up with a financing plan at $58.93 per month, which I later realized I couldn't afford. When I called to cancel, I was told it was too late, and my explanation of financial hardship was met with indifference. Now, I have two windows that won't fully close in winter, and after a year, I still owe $4,000 to the finance company, with only $12 going toward the payment. The only suggestion was to send more money, which I can't do. I'm very disappointed with the service and the product, especially as a senior on a fixed income. I cannot recommend this company.
