I placed an order for some items for my daughter for the holidays (just before a major sale event) and didn’t think twice about it. However, after four days, I still had no tracking information, and the shipping status indicated a delay because the courier hadn't picked up my parcel yet. I inquired during a live session about potential shipping issues and was met with the response, "it's a busy time and we are a small team." While I can generally understand that, this was the only shop where I faced such issues, and given that this busy period happens annually, I would expect them to hire more staff. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order as they only had two days left to ship it before it was automatically canceled. I promptly unfollowed them and won’t be ordering again!
