I ordered some products for my daughter for christmas (a week before black Friday) while on their TT Live and didn't think anything of it HOWEVER after 4 days I still had no tracking and shipping said delayed as the courier hadn't even received my parcel from MBM yet, I asked on the live if there was a shipping issue and all I got was "it's black Friday and we are only a small team" which I can normally understand but it's the only TT shop I had an issue with and let's face it black Friday happens at the same time every year so you would think they would be savvy enough to hire more team members. I ended up cancelling my order as they only had 2 days to ship before it was cancelled automatically. I instantly unfollowed them and will never be ordering again!
My order was held up at customs due to incorrect information on the customs declaration, and the customer support has been unhelpful. The package is being returned to the seller by customs. I hope to at least recover my money through buyer protection.

While I can generally understand that, this was the only shop where I faced such issues, and given that this busy period happens annually, I would expect them to hire more staff. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order as they only had two days left to ship it before it was automatically canceled. I promptly unfollowed them and won’t be ordering again!
The hosts were very unprofessional. I placed an order during a live session for a jelly bag bundle and was told it would be packed during the live, which did not happen. When I later asked another host about it, she was quite rude, saying she was only focusing on orders placed with her at that moment and that she might pack my order. I received no updates, and I haven’t gotten any tracking information. Very disappointing; it seemed like the hosts spent more time on their appearance than on providing good customer service.
I ordered some products and found one with hair and plastic in it. I only discovered this after using it near my eye. The brushes I received with other items were also damaged. They refused to send replacements or issue a refund. As a professional hairstylist and makeup artist, I bought these for my clients. After using them, I ended up in the hospital with a severe infection and had to go through a painful recovery. Despite providing evidence, they have not cared to assist me. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for customer safety.
I wish I could give a negative star review. Customer service is barely responsive. Upon receiving my order, I was nervous to open it as the package was damaged. I discovered that I was missing one of the items and the blush palette I received was completely broken. I have concerns about how difficult it will be to get customer service to address this issue. The lack of support from both the seller and the courier has been frustrating.
I ordered a six-piece bundle during a promotion but only received ten items in total. When I reached out to customer support, they insisted I return all items for a refund, which isn’t reasonable as not all items were delivered. Very disappointing experience.
