Ordered through tiktok shop and the items never arrived, apparently it was out for delivery for 3 days and still never showed up. Had to contact customer service so many times before finally receiving a response, in which they told me they won’t do anything about it and I need to contact EVRI because that’s who they chose to post it with, when they know it is not possible to contact EVRI. They refused to refund me because apparently it is EVRI’s issue not there’s, but they have insurance with EVRi to ensure customers get a refund if the item is not delivered. Now I am without my products and also without my refund. They also don’t accept PayPal as payment which I thought was shady to start with and now it is very clear it’s so that you can’t open a case with them on PayPal for a refund.
