I bought a set of 3 beam glosses as a present, they arrived and 1 had no brush so is completely unusable. Emailed customer services, received an automated response saying to use website web chat. Done this (sent 6 separate messages on different dates) and still haven't received a response from over 2 weeks ago, despite web chat stating messages will be replied to 9-5 Mon to Fri... Tried emailing again and instagram messaging too but to no avail. Worst customer service ever, alongside faulty products, so disappointed! Sadly this kind of complaint seems to be a common theme with this company and I won't be ordering from them again
