Unpleasant odor and inadequate check-in support

The reserved place had a strong curry smell that required me to boil cinnamon to mask it. Additionally, due to poor scheduling with the cleaners, I was told to check in at 6 pm. However, when I tried to access the garage, the remote didn't work, and no one was available to assist. Since the support team can only be reached through an overseas call center, I couldn't get help when it was most needed.
