I was given the wrong key to the Collins Street, Melbourne property and waited 2 days (staying in a hotel) for MadeComfy to provide the correct one. They didn't do this so ended up paying for 12 nights elsewhere and am still waiting for a refund of my $2,200 over two months later.
I have had several apologies/acceptance of responsibility by MadeComfy including a written public one in reply to my review on Stayz but emails/messages to Head Office have been completely ignored -no response whatsoever.
A very poor way to treat a customer, and I had booked with them before, but clearly being a repeat customer is not something they value.
However, despite no access, they did give me a 5 star review on the Stayz website! Perhaps I am their idea of the perfect customer:
* No access to the property so no cleaning expenses etc. for them.
* Received $2,200 from me and have had that for over 2 months now.
* In exchange I have had several apologies (no cost) and a 5 star review (no cost).
