I ordered a gift at the end of October for my grandson for Christmas. Unfortunately, the item was not suitable. I trusted the stated 90-day return policy, believing I could return it. Now, after numerous emails, they claim it's only a 30-day return policy, which contradicts their own terms! I strongly advise against ordering from this service. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities.
