Do not order anything from this company take your money and have no intention of ever sending the goods. Ive been back and forth with them since mid December still have no goods or refund they come up with all the excuses and actually do nothing steer clear people like this should be shut down the only rrason I gave them 1 star is because yiu cant give them less bunch of Liars and cheats
what a bunch of liars . have nothing whatsoever to do with lot.they have shops in holland . so the company policy seems to be take your money with no intention whatsoever of suppling you . so i,m sure if you go to the shops . take without paying they will understand.
I ordered a CPAP device on December 13, 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. The order status remains stuck on "order received," and the tracking number provides no updates. My emails go unanswered, and the email address appears suspicious. I've reported this transaction as spam/fraud to my bank. It's concerning that this company is still in business!
Completely unsatisfactory. I am still waiting for a refund after a year. Initially, I received a low-quality knockoff in the wrong size. They offered a mere 20% refund and insisted I cover return shipping costs. After agreeing to process a refund over a year ago, I still haven't seen anything.
