On November 19th, I ordered an interactive dog toy as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Six weeks later, the order is still 'being processed.' I doubt I will ever see the item or my money again. Attempts to contact the service have gone unanswered. Everything others have said about this company is accurate; avoid this shady operation at all costs.
