Customer service said it was with the logistics team and would be dispatched soon. When I contacted them again on December 20th for a refund, I was told I couldn't receive one until the items were delivered. I reported the service to the relevant authorities and my bank for fraud. They eventually processed a refund after I escalated the issue. I urge anyone in a similar situation to report them as well.
