Completely unsatisfactory. I am still waiting for a refund after a year. Initially, I received a low-quality knockoff in the wrong size. They offered a mere 20% refund and insisted I cover return shipping costs. After agreeing to process a refund over a year ago, I still haven't seen anything. I've spent more time and effort than this product was worth. It’s hard to believe this service is still in operation.
