I ordered a CPAP device on December 13, 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. The order status remains stuck on "order received," and the tracking number provides no updates. My emails go unanswered, and the email address appears suspicious. I've reported this transaction as spam/fraud to my bank. It's concerning that this company is still in business!
