I ordered two flatware sets totaling $458. The utensils were larger than expected, so I returned them unused in their original packaging. I only received a $300 refund. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but their lines are off. They direct you to email, and I’ve emailed four times without a response. I’m unsure what to do next, but I want my remaining money back. The customer service is awful.
