Unfortunately I have not received the Item. That was not your fault and your contact when I called the service hotline was very kind and capable.The problem was the Serviceprovider Chronopost who (1) was not able to deliver although it would have been easy and without any problem and (2) put the Item in a locker and granted only 3 days access. After that short period he returned the Item at my expense.This is completely unacceptable. I would highly recommend to consider changing the delivery partner.
