DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! We had a vehicle booked for an entire week. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly told that our payment method was “not acceptable” because it was a debit card instead of a credit card. This led to a demand for an extra €175 plus a €300 cash deposit — an extremely unusual and questionable practice. To verify our concerns, we checked with other nearby rental services, all of which accepted our card without problems. Several employees even mentioned they were familiar with this scam. We were unable to use our reservation and were still charged €106. Save yourself the trouble, money, and stress — choose another option!
