We arranged for pick-up and drop-off at the town location which is behind The Forum shopping mall. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used this company and have no complaints. The pick-up process was very good and efficient. The prices are reasonable considering the full insurance cover. The vehicles themselves are new, clean and low-mileage. Drop-off was straight forward, too. Only downside is the cars we have had were a bit under-powered for the island, despite trying different car size groups.
