AVOID THIS SERVICE! POSSIBLE SCAM! We had a vehicle reserved for a week. Upon arrival, we were abruptly told that our payment method was “not acceptable” because it was a debit card instead of a credit card. This led to an unexpected demand for an extra €175 plus a €300 cash deposit — a highly unusual and dubious practice. To confirm we weren’t mistaken, we checked with nearby rental services: all accepted our card without issue. Several staff members mentioned they were aware of this scam. We couldn’t use our reservation and were still charged €106. Protect yourself from frustration, costs, and hassle — consider going ANYWHERE ELSE.
