Avoid this platform and do not attempt their 'free' trial. I've been trying for months to get a $21 refund; it's more about the principle than the amount. This company is nearly impossible to get a response from. Initially, I was told I would receive an email reply within a week, but that never happened. I opened a ticket, #51669525, but received no response at all. When I returned to their chat, I was simply told to submit another ticket. I highly recommend steering clear of this company!
