Their tech team is still 'reviewing' the issues without providing an ETA. 2. The AI Bidding feature is ineffective, applying the same bids regardless of the ad set or history. If you try to disable it, it doesn't work. 3. Their so-called 'AI Marketer' fails to recognize English correctly, flagging positive comments as negative. 4. Customer support is abysmal, lacking knowledge of their product and frequently providing incorrect information.
