The company claims to offer "hassle-free" returns, yet it took numerous emails to learn how to return the item. They try to deter you with exaggerated return shipping costs that you must pay. It's disheartening to see this company misrepresented as a family business. In my experience, the garments are misrepresented, of low quality, and getting a refund is made unnecessarily difficult.
