This company is incredibly disappointing. I strongly recommend against ordering from them as it feels like a scam! The dress I received was entirely different from their advertisement. It was made of cheap material and came with a poor-quality plastic belt! I've tried reaching out multiple times via email but have received no replies. Initially, a representative contacted me about the delay due to holiday season issues, but that seems insincere. I will be reaching out to my bank to request a refund because this is undoubtedly a scam! As others have noted, the advertising is misleading.
Please AVOID the disappointment of ordering from this SCAM website. You might be promised a full refund if you persist in raising your concerns, but you will NOT receive any money due to your bank's internal processing. If you do get an email stating that a full refund will be processed, your bank can take formal action on your behalf after a certain period. Banks are well aware of this SCAM.
I ordered a dress for a special occasion. It appeared lovely on the model online, but what I received was poorly made and looked nothing like what was advertised. The company claims to offer "hassle-free" returns, yet it took numerous emails to learn how to return the item. They try to deter you with exaggerated return shipping costs that you must pay. It's disheartening to see this company misrepresented as a family business. In my experience, the garments are misrepresented, of low quality, and getting a refund is made unnecessarily difficult.
Empty assurances and generic sign-offs mean little when the product never arrives. I can't comment on quality since I received nothing. According to dubious tracking, my package is still traveling around the globe to unspecified locations and has never actually arrived. BEWARE, this is likely a scam.

BEWARE!!!! They advertise their items differently from what you receive, which is made of poor quality material and bears no resemblance to what is shown online. There's no recourse; I paid a significant amount and they offer only a small refund or insist on shipping it back to a distant location while pretending to be a local company. Their customer service is appalling, and delivery took an excessive amount of time. I would AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!
Update: It finally arrived this afternoon, but it took far too long, and honestly, I'm not pleased with it. The quality isn't what I expected, and there's a seam that wasn't visible in the original photo. I still advise against purchasing this item. I had not received my order despite an email claiming it was on the way, and I received no responses to my inquiries. I will send one more email before reporting this to my credit card company as a potential fraud.
