I was in the process of setting up a new Tai Chi app. A cleverly timed add for mad muscle tai chi came up and I (foolishly ?) thought it was part of the app I was setting up and ended up subscribing. I explained this to mad muscle but they have flatly refused to refund my money.
Reading other reviews I can see that they are very difficult to get refunds from despite their satisfaction guaranteed promise.
