I have been a racquetball player for 50 years. Not much for the rest of the gym, except for the jacuzzi and steam room. However, I had noticed my flexibility, is not what it was or should be. I needed something to do at home and in the morning after my devotionals. So logged on and got started. It works for me. I can already feel the difference in my neck and back. So can my chiropractor. I like the ability to screen cast and be guided from my TV.
