Keep away from this company, they are fraudulent. They have taken money from my account without permission, and refuse to refund a small sum without many emails obfusticating and delaying, by asking for repeat or irrelevant information. Luckily my bank has excellent fraud prevention service.
I believe , looking at some reviews, this practice is not uncommon
I can however, now confirm, after the exchange of several emails, they have written to confirm a refund (not yet received) and that no further payments will be taken. So I added a *. Everything else however must stand.
