Subscribed for a week based on their ads recommendation and got not satisfied by the service as it doesnt fit my preferences. Suddenly, found a $39 charged to my credit card a a renewal without my approval. Sending to the customer support to initiate a refund, I got an immediate rejection claiming that was written in the terms and conditions.
Im not making use of their services and was charged for a subscription that I will not make use of. This is a completely unprofessional way to get random sbscriptions from users just to collect charges (hit and run).
Not satisfied and not recommending any to susbcribe to them
