The titles all top sellers with positive feedback. No I did not believe him so no refund. When you look at his reviews, on trustpilot you will realize that he is in fact a serial liar, wanting things for free from legitimate merchants.
So merchants be aware, Kevin Spence is not your ideal customer.

Unwatchable. Illegal copyright. Avoid

Ordered 3x DVDs. As soon as they arrived i realised they weren't legal. Knock off DVDs are usually better quality. I have no idea how he managed to get the recording so poor. When I approached him about the poor quality he said he didnt believe me - no refund. Even though I offered to sacrifice the delivery fee. Do yourself a favour and go to YouTube. I since found the recordings online for free... in HD
